I've finally caught back up. And I must say, seeing Kate and Danny again was a nice surprise! While it would be nice to see Danny join in a bit more, I'll agree with your decision to keep this story F/F. Besides, I'm sure since this was just the big hint of a cross over, we'll be seeing more of them...

Poor girls, not even 3 (with bats) against 1 could help them get closer to ending the loop. Though I'm not surprised since hitting him with a car did nothing. Their only clue is that calling him by name (assuming it's really him) and trying to pull of the mask, got the only real reactions out of him...

Okay, so we've determined you can't hurt gassy (at least not easley) but in theory there should be a way to stop him and the loop. The girls just need to figure out what it is and it's obvious that running away doesn't work.
