I tried it a couple of times. The result was often hilarious like captives without hands who's arms suddenly turned into ropes. Or people where the gag was fused to the mouth and in a really weird shape. Or when they have six fingers and three hands.

I really like it. Its a nice bit of fanservice while also having the opportunity to introduce pirates which can be fun captors to have.

There is an indie single player beat 'em up with a BDSM level. Banzai Pecan: Last Hope for the Young Century.
