This story sounds familiar. Watching Scooby Doo, Inspector Gadget, Batman, then later Eastenders, The Bill there were often people (usually girls / women) tied up. I started tying myself up as a teenager / pre-teenager. After school with school ties, belts, knee socks then graduating to parcel tape...
