Armbinders would be great in self-bondage if they can be used efficiently enough and if there is a way to use it on yourself.

Being pinned down by force while an accomplice ties me up by force seems more appealing to me.

Very nice. Interesting story and wish more highwaymen type stories and Westerns had these kind of scenes. Less gun shootouts and more tie ups is what is needed in these kind of stories.

I've never had any luck with AI. None of them can produce any good tie up images and some even block the words tied up and gagged.

No pain nor sexual stuff

Gags are always necessary for captives. It stops them from trying to reason with the captor and also just for security as you never know if any witnesses could somehow pop up. Also it increases the helplessness just in general.
