THE BIRTHDAY SURPRISE THE APOCALYPSE SURVIVAL STORY
A few minor scuffles aside, things went relatively smoothly during the months following Brad's forceful takedown. My friendship with Josh, Ethan and Jeremy had grown and I had a good relationship with Master Shawn and his jockish subordinates. Being Nick's personal spouse could be hard at times - mostly because he had high expectations of me and was always busy tending to important matters and ensuring our continued survival. But even though I often found myself longing for the intimacy we used to enjoy back home, he regularly made it a point of setting time aside for me and making sure I knew just how much I meant to him.
He would sometimes take a quick break from his daytime duties just to check up on me and make sure I was holding up okay. Other times he would walk up to me while I was cleaning or cooking, place his hands around my waist and kiss the top of my head lovingly - if only for the sake of letting me know I was the most important thing in his life, even if the precariousness of our situation demanded a lot of his time and attention.
Without wanting to flaunt my own versatility and resourcefulness too much, it was made abundantly clear in the months following our arrival here that he and his fellow providers saw me as being the most useful and valuable dependent. On top of maintaining the vegetable garden and the indoor greenhouse, I did a lot of cleaning, cooking and laundering, and always took it upon myself to make sure everyone's needs were met and satisfied. My colleagues helped and usually did their part, but I was definitely the one doing most of the domestic work. I guess that role came to me more naturally than most. Even more so after Nick had officialised our bond and taken me as his very own personal wifey.
In any case, that's not what I wanted to talk to you about.
What I'm going to recount happened just three months after Brad's much-needed comeuppance.
I was in the kitchen, baking a pair of apple pies and quietly tending to my duties, much like I normally did. It was grey and chilly outside, as was usually the case at this time of the year. But even though the late autumn weather was particularly dull and dreary, I was in a relatively festive mood that day.
The new perimeter fence and technical surveillance equipment our senior providers had salvaged would undoubtedly prove highly effective at warding off unwanted intruders and would hopefully reduce the need for nighttime perimeter guard duty. Shawn, Brad, Chris and Joshua were actually out there right now, helping Bob and his team set up the cameras and fine-tune the boundary defences.
Though the afternoon was young and suppertime was still far away, I had quite a bit of stuff to prepare and quite a few savoury desserts to make. Today was Joshua's twenty-second birthday, and the lot of us were going to celebrate by having a fun night of snacks and board games in the large, fireplace-heated living room.
I was very much looking forward to that, so you can probably imagine how utterly confused and distraught I was when Shawn's strapping second-in-command - Corey - showed up in the kitchen and interrupted my mission.
"Hey. Um...look, I'm sorry about this, but I need you to pause what you're doing and put your hands behind your back. I'm placing you under arrest." he told me, causing me to eye his handsome face with a look of utter shock and incomprehension.
"I...I don't understand, Sir. I haven't done anything wrong." I very pleadingly objected, addressing the stupendously broad-shouldered and irrefutably attractive stallion with all the respect and submissiveness he deserved.
Corey willingly acknowledged my statement of innocence but apologetically told me that the order to apprehend me had come from further up the chain of command and that he was duty-bound to carry out my unprovoked and highly unwarranted arrest.
My eyes widened considerably when he tentatively closed the distance between us and pulled out what I immediately recognised as an extremely thick set of police-grade zipties. The shaggy-haired heartthrob weighed almost a hundred pounds more than I did and towered over me by a full head and a half. His thighs, shoulders, arms and hands were massive compared to mine, but he nevertheless took great care not to cause me any physical discomfort while gently pulling me away from the stove and pressing the front of my body against the wall.
I quite naturally wanted to talk to Shawn about this in the hopes that he would clear things up and countermand his thick-thighed lieutenant's orders. I thought Corey would acquiesce, but he instead casually declined my request to have an audience with his commander and slipped my hands inside the hefty cuffs before securely zip-tying my wrists behind my back. He was well within his right to arrest me if I transgressed or stepped out of line, even without his superior's direct authorisation. He knew this. We both did. But I hadn't transgressed and hadn't done anything wrong. This wasn't right!
*CLICK* *CLICK*
*ZZZZZZZZZIP*

"Not too tight?" he asked, once again showing concern for my well-being before slowly turning me around so that I was facing him once more.
"No, Sir." I submissively answered, lowering my head in defeat and trying for the life of me to figure out what I'd done to deserve this.
"Alright then. Follow me." he gently ordered, slowly escorting my ziptied form away from the kitchen and into the open hallway leading to the nearby bedrooms.
Corey patiently dismissed the objection I voiced about being dragged away from the kitchen while pies were in the oven by telling me not to worry and assuring me he would get Jeremy to keep an eye on things while I was indisposed.
I was inwardly quite irked and annoyed with what I perceived as being an unfair arrest and was even more miffed at being denied an audience with Shawn. But I was admittedly too enamoured and awe-struck by the hunky stud's casual assertiveness and calm demeanour to even consider putting up some resistance.
Master Corey slowly and almost gallantly led me towards one of the bedrooms before courteously opening the door and bidding me entry. As soon as I stepped in through the doorway, my eyes lit up and my face took on an air of surprise.
On one of the room's dishevelled beds lay an utterly helpless and heavily restrained Ethan. Ryan and Andrew loomed over their defeated victim, tending to his downright excessive hogtie whilst the group's gentle giant - Big Mike - sat on the floor just a few meters away, apparently awaiting my arrival.
What the hell was going on, I wondered.
Why on earth was I being arrested and what had Ethan done to deserve this treatment?

Fantastic surprise for a birthday party. Couldn't they ask the other subs nicely though, maybe they would consented to being roped, it is one of their domestic duties after all.

So Steven is getting an unfair arrest and comes in to see a bound Ethan with Ryan and Andrew making sure he is secured. So many things going on and curious to know what is their fate. Can't wait to see what happens next, @bondagefreak
The arrest of select characters is intriguing. At first I imagined a possible invasion of intruders and the need to keep the subs quiet. Because Jeremy is not under arrest, this is not the case. You’ve got my mind racing…
So many things happening so far. Corey arresting Steven unfairly without any reason and finds a strictly bound Ethan on the bed by Ryan and Andrew. Wonder what he did to earn that. So many things happening, I can't wait to know what happens next then. Nice work again, @bondagefreak
A very interesting opening. I wonder how far up the chain of command these orders originate? Maybe we're heading for a bondage themed board game with a couple of players involved in a different way to they expected...
I have to wonder, can you have a savoury dessert?
A pup is for life but especially for bondage so get out the sleepsack and muzzle.
I can’t remember if I was following this story, but good god, Ethan’s hogtie is a sight. Looks like someone is about to get hogtied as well…:)

@Whitestorm Hey buddy-boi! I don't think you did, though I assume you'll enjoy the start of it quite a bit. Be sure to read the disclaimer at the top of the opening chapter. This story is based off a forum game we had going a few months ago (which I don't think you participated in). Feel free to do so.
As an added reminder, this adventure happens roughly three years after the current events of BOUND & GAGGED (which would make Steven 26 and Nick 32) but takes place in a sort of parallel timeline. It's not canon though, so don't expect B&G to take this same direction.
Anyways, feel free to participate on the associated RP game and do let us know what you think of the first adventure on this thread.
Quite the way to return to this story. Steven arrested by Shawn without really any explanation and Ethan already bound up. Nicely I must add!! Curious to see where this leads us!!
