Can anyone give me good ways to tie myself to my computer desk chair
Barefoot and cuffed. That's the only way to go.
I like making rope cuffs because they are soft. You will want to keep fabric shears near and not really make them super tight as precautions. Many simple tutorials out there!
I usually attach them behind me to my chest harness and or my waist/crotch harness. You can also do it front if you are anchoring them to your waist (cannot reach up and pull down your gag).
