I tied up my friend Dylan when I was 8 and he was 7. He was not wearing anything but his shorts. We were playing a game of War and I captured him. He struggled to get out of the hogtie I put him in. I tickled his feet. I released him. That was because the good guys captured me so I had to untie him and submit to being tied up.

My answer for this is only an iota more exciting than the other one. When I was young I vaguely remember lightly tying a friend's ankles together as part of some sort of game, but he didn't seem to be feeling it so it didn't go any further. I remember this because I already knew by this point that I liked the idea of TUGs, and as such was disappointed.
