If they sold locks, they should provide an extra key just to really mess with the lockee... Especially since only one would be cut correctly ;)

Maybe some add-ins for a Kallax to turn it into a heavy duty stock, where the head locks into one 'box' and hands and feet can be locked in others. I may have done an improvised version of this :)

A special mattress with straps attached to it, and bedsheets that go with it which have some nice pre-made slits to feed the straps through so that you can strap your sub down directly to the mattress rather than the bed frame.

And for closets, the boards that form the compartments(can't come up with the English name) can have parts cut out so they don't reach the door. That way you can just shove a standing sub in there and close the (lockable) door on them to fix them in place. The disadvantage is ofcourse that it is hard to keep an eye on them.
These special shaped boards could also be used to lock a sub in the back of the closet. Though that would mean a lot more work to get them in and out. But it leaves the closet usable while they are in there.
I believe you would be a lot more comfortable in ropes
