Vacation In St. Augustine, Medieval Torture Museum

I'm returning to St. Augustine for a few days of vacation with my family in about a week. I've been there before but I've really wanted to take photos of myself experiencing all the interactive elements the Medieval Torture Museum and other places around town have. The problem is my family is not interested in any of that. So other than asking other guests to take my photos, what would be the best ways for me to take the photos I want to take?

Wow, had to look that up! Something to add to my own bucket list once I get around to travelling and vacationing again.

As for getting the photos you want, aside from asking other guests, I wonder if the museum personnel would mind if you tipped them extra in order to take the pictures you wanted.
