@Xtc I'm sorry to hear that, my friend. They've really been cracking down on PG-rated M/M content these past few years, while at the same time green-lighting the most perverse/depraved non-M/M content. They just outright ban accounts that post anything M/M related, without any warning or explanation of which rules have been breached.

Yup, @bondagefreak, just noticed another one gone yesterday. It infuriates me when the entire site is infected buy dick pics, erections, depictions of penetration and many pictures of welcoming ladies.

I noticed several of my peers getting kicked off Devi the last couple of months so I'm rather concerned for my own account.

I didn't notice much, but I'm only on DA to check out new pics in my feed. But reading this is concerning. And considering the way how women are depicted there, makes it pretty disgusting that m/m stuff (or lets be real, gay stuff) gets thrown out so easily.

I'm sorry, Xtc, that sucks.

At the danger of getting political here, I can't help but think that this is connected to the increase in transphobia, which always will lead to a rise in other form of queerphobia (like here, I swear, this is homophobia, nothing else - it has nothing to do with people being prudes, elsewise way more of the naked women there would be gone, too).

I'm not trying to start a discussion here, really, just wanting to use this as another warning (too little, too late, I know - but this seems just to be another sign of it getting worse). I'm afraid a storm is coming, and it won't be pretty. Be careful, everyone. No panic, that is unhelpful, just take care of yourselves. That's all I'm saying.

I think DA is in the pockets of the American Christian right. There IS certainly a puritanical element where people dressed fro swimming that would be acceptable in Europe are regarded as nude.

Well that sucks! I did not think DA was removing M/M content producing profiles even if there are no nudity. I am sorry that happened to you.

This is very concerning indeed. My initial reaction was to consider deleting my DA account, but it's just a free account that I use only to check picture feeds from time to time; I don't like this rise of intolerance towards M/M content.

For what it's worth, coming from me as a heterosexual cis-male, I love what all of you M/M content creators do to keep tugstories alive and vibrant. I may not read most of your stories, but nevertheless praise and thanks is due for all the hard work you all do to keep this little safe haven afloat.

And thanks @Xtc in particular for your _Real Father Christmas and his Elves_ series! I'm hoping new chapters are in the works for the coming season!

The account of ''jubsters'' has been banned. Aside from a great gallery now being deleted it also has worried implication. The contend on there was rather chaste so that confirms that characters being tied up and gagged is the banworthy offense. There's pretty much nothing a bondage artist can do to shield themselves from that rule.

Are the ones targeted showing mainly minors? Not that I think that makes it ok, I'm just curious if this might be the focus and excuse here, to get rid of things that one is too much of a prude to accept.

Also, is there an alternative? A website where art of different sorts can be published, without a focus on sexual stuff?

I asked for moderation and was told that the main objection was the depiction of minors. However, the entire account was nuked. You know my stuff: there is noting sexual about it.
The alternative sites appear to be mainly porn sites.

As I said, I was mainly interested in what their excuse was. That makes it not ok at all. It sucks that your account, and the accounts of so many other people, have been deleted, just because of assholes.
Sorry if that sounded as if I agreed with that. I definitely don't.
