What happened?

Apologies if it's been asked and answered somewhere, but was there a purge or something?

Seems like I've seen a lot more "deleted users" the last couple days. Or is it just me?

Winter is coming... Anyone with half a brain has fled south, as far south as south goes.

Shitty Game of Thrones reference aside, I haven't noticed much of a difference. It would make sense that people were leaving the board, it's much slower now than later into the spring/summer months. But I don't think it's anything out of the ordinary, if that's what you're asking.

In the previous incarnation of the board Zanev had a policy of not deleting accounts. chadmc90 has facilitated members being able to delete their accounts. I wonder if that accounts for it.

It's also quite a few threads originally written by users who are now gone have been revived, making them show up noticeably more.

Good point. The originators would be more noticable.
