Tug character tropes?

What are some character tropes you can identify in stories from this site and what do you think about them? A few that I can identify are the following:

• The aunt that ties up her nephew

• The vengeful little sister that ties up her older brother

• The babysitter that can either get tied up or tie up whoever she is babysitting

I don't dislike any of them, in fact, I think most of them usually make for interesting stories but what do you think?

Not sure if it’s a trope but I’ve read many stories where someone is chloroformed or knocked out and then wakes up fully bound and gagged.
