Hey, has anyone else been getting this error pop up when going around the site?

Is this an issue on my end? I haven't figured out a pattern for when it pops up yet.

This is not due to anything you did - only due to the fact that you tried to do it when too many other people were also trying to do something on the site.

When you want to retrieve something on the site, the site tries to connect to the database holding all the site information using the database login ID "timeupgam_admin". The database holding all the site information was set to limit each database user to a maximum of 30 simultaneous database sessions. Your session tried to be the 31st session. It has to do with the amount of simultaneous database activity on the site. The solution is for the database administrator to increase the limit.

Note that there can be more than 30 people using the site at the same time. You only use a database connection when you are loading a new page - once it's loaded, and you're just scrolling down the page, the connection can be used by someone else. But if 31 users simultaneously ask to load a new page, someone is likely to get the error message.
