Finding a TUG partner

I have not been able to find a partner to play with and I was wondering how do you go about finding one? I'm not looking for a sexual relationship I just want a woman who likes to get tied up.

My suggestion is making a Fetlife account and finding people in your area.
Duct tape will fix that cut under your nose.
