What little extras do you like to see added to a TUG?

By extras I mean things that don’t necessarily impact the bondage directly but add a nice little something interesting?
Things that add a bit of humiliation or uncomfortableness or flair.

For example I’ve seen some videos where a harmonica is used as a gag causing the captives moans to come out as music.
Another thing I’ve seen is bells tied onto the captive meaning any time they struggle the bells ring.

For me I’d say a shock collar that causes the captive to be lightly shocked whenever they make too much noise.
Also maybe some vibrating pads attached to the feet that the captor can control to automatically tickle the captive whenever they please.

I love when a ringing phone is in the scenario and the bound and gagged person is desperately struggling to it but by the time they get there it stops ringing.

All of my “extras” that aren’t actually bondage are pretty commonplace in the bondage world anyway. Inflicting light pain (nipple clips, spankings, etc), tickling, and foot play.
