Like others my formative experiences are M/M & GID I find that I enjoy the dynamics of it and it has certainly been sexually fun and pleasing. While I live DID, the opportunity for M/M has had a big effect.

I'm straight, but I have always loved seeing guys tied up and gagged ever since I can remember. The Hardy Boys always got me excited. And I always fantasized about my good looking friends growing up being "kidnapped" by me. I had a number of occasions where I tied up or got tied up by friends. Just wish I could do more of it. I like girls too, but something hot about a good looking guy bound and gagged and helpless.

I can enjoy GID quite a bit. Im a bit of a switch so when it comes to GID I can fantasize myself getting into the tight bondage that they are in.

I like GID scenarios but I'm usually strictly into F/M scenarios. There's a couple of rare exceptions but even those are extremely specific and tend to have a female orchestrating the whole thing. As far as s girl tying a guy up though, yes completely as I tend to visualize myself in that scenario. That also segues into my slight forced crossdressing turn-on. Not really big on crossdressing stand-alone, but being tied/bound and transformed "against my will" is another story. I think personally overall I have a humiliation fetish.

I'm not into GIDs but I do find guys involvement in CIDs a big turn on. And, while not bi, I do find the guys attractiveness to matter in couples scenes.
Then again, one of my first experiences is the scene from "who framed roger rabbitt?" so what do I know

I'm straight but I enjoy GID as well. I've always wanted to be tied up by a guy as well and see who could escape faster lol

its funny that I agree,if I'm watching a couple tied up the males attractiveness matters, mainly cause i try to be in good shape so I don't know why but it just matters to me

Given the choice, I'd rather see women tied up. However, certain scenes with men tied do get my interest. Usually, it's if they're tied up by a woman, a couples scene with a guy tied up with a woman, or something like discussed on the peril thread elsewhere on the site. Mostly, if I'm going to think of a GID scene, it's going to be with me as the GID. I mostly got interested in certain scenes because I thought it would be fun to be in those scenes. One mentioned on this site, the scene from Aladdin where he gets overpowered, shackled, and gagged, was probably the first time I really thought about "what if I was the captive, instead of the rescuer?" And I liked the idea of being the hero overpowered and kidnapped by the bad guys, forcibly bound and gagged.

That said, I'm a lot pickier about the kind of scenes that interest me when it's a guy tied up instead of a woman.

Ah I third this and it explains a lot. It's not that I fancy Rodger Rabbit, its that I want to be Roger Rabbit tied up with Jessica Rabbit. Thank you for clarifying

I prefer to see women in bondage, but I'll recognize when a guy is in an interesting bondage position. Anyone remember the old Hardy Boys books? Inside the cover they had lots of illustrations, one of which was them each tied to a chair and gagged. That image partly formed my love of chair ties and otm gags.

I share your feelings, that specific scene from Aladdin did it for me too lol.

But usually, men get to receive the heaviest bondage and gags, and as a switch I would love to experience that!

I'm actually asexual but have always been more interested in M/M stories and scenarios. Never really interested me if females are involved.

I've been thinking about this a lot lately and even though I'm 100% straight and would prefer to see a woman in bondage, I like reading stories/watching videos/looking at pictures of GID, even in sexual scenarios, because I like imagining myself in that situation.

I find the issue with a lot of F/M content on the internet is that it's really based on the domination, so it's almost always some masochistic female who's into whipping and leather etc when all I want is just a regular DiD scenario, but with a guy instead of a girl! This is why I end up either focusing on M/M fiction on this site or sticking solely to M/F, F/F or CID.

Thanks
When you say strait people.do you mean strait men? And do you mean M/M stories rather than F/M. I'm.sure there are.lots.of strait.men who love to read about being tied up.and tortured by a dominant woman and many strait women who want to read about men tied up. As a bisexual woman!an I can not answer for them.of course but my experience.of chatting says yes there are.strait people into GID.

I'd also m go along with xtc comment that these stories will not.turn you gay. If you have doubts about your sexuality it is probably because you are not as.polarised as you thought. I sympathise. It was a shock to me when I realised I found other women not just beautiful but sexually attractive too, and that sex with women was different from, but still as pleasurable as sex with men.

That said there are also a lot of DID fans who are very vocal in expressing their distastes for GID which bugs the heck out of me.
Personally when I see and hear those comments, I am almost certain that I am witnessing some buried homophobia, possibly even a projection of insecurity. If you feel the need to make a big show of "hating seeing guys tied and gagged" it really makes me begin to wonder if you are not confused by some repressed attraction to it all.

I definitely agree that males in bondage isn't properly understood- most videos you see involve a naked guy getting tied and tortured in some way, often extreme stuff. There's very little soft bondage other than maybe FM Concepts which do some good ones. I think if a guy says he likes being tied up a lot of people see him as a 'freak that wants to be chained and whipped'

In fairness, there are plenty of women I'd have whip and chain me.

Oh me too and I'm not saying that's my view! But I also like softer things like just being tied to a chair with rope, gagged and left to struggle.

I think a lot of society is geared towards seeing men liking bondage as meaning they are 'sadists' - maybe that's just in England, I can't speak for other countries.

I see your point, I think it is frowned upon, and something you never admit to.

Very much so.

Things like Fifty Shades don't really help as it portrays a manipulative and maybe even abusive male restraining a woman as 'what bondage is'

If someone wrote a book where a male explored being tied up by a woman as a relationship I think that would be really interesting. It would have to really build their characters though rather than just a cheap semi porn book.

Ultimately, terms like "straight" and "gay" aren't especially useful in this context. Simpler and better, I think, just to describe what you like.
