Our fitness classes.
1 treadmill fits.
So you lack the dedication to pound out the miles. With your hands tied behind your back and nipple clamps tied to the front of the machine you have no choice but to keep up the pace.
2. Stimulating spinning.
You know you should try harder but need the Incentive. Well now with the wheel of our bikes,driving the generator wired to the love eggs inside you , the harder you pedal the more fun you have. For the pain slugs out there the generator is attached to a,simple system of cogs to drive the flogger. The more you pedal the harder the blows on your bare bum. Hands and feet tied to handle bars and pedals for added encouragement.
3. Sexy squats.
With your neck and wrists in a weighted yoke your thighs and quads get the great work out squatting down and rising on the dildo to get your pleasure.
4. Aerobic agony (or extacy)
Straightjacketed you hang by your ankles. Your bare feet tickled to encourage the squirming as you wriggle to escape. As,you hang and thrash feel the pounds burn off.
