Whilst waiting for the ransom to be paid the kidnapper decides to go a bit easier on his captives. He lets them relax on the sofa, ungags them both and unties the wrists of the younger girl on the condition she doesn't untie her feisty older sister, who he doesn't trust to stay put.
He decides that her ankles will stay tied though, so she remembers she's still a prisoner.
"Smile for the camera" - the kidnapper takes a photo, but only from the waist up
When they are thirsty he lets her hop to the fridge and get a can of soda and she gives her tied up sister a quick drink.
