The much lamented Hagar the Horrible.
I always liked the "drinking song" one.
They all say boxer shorts are cool,
but little Speedos always rule.

I haven't seen it in over 40 years but there was a daily comic strip called "Catfish"in the 70's. He was a cowpoke in a Western town and interacted with townspeople, Native Americans and soldiers at the local Army Fort. In one strip ca. 1976 the Lieutenant was captured by the Native Americans (or Indians as they used to say). (They are the First Nations in Canada). The Lt. is tightly hogtied and gagged inside a teepee. Catfish takes his sheath knife and cuts his way in. He thinks to himself (as he obviously can't speak "Thank goodness. I'm getting rescued".) Catfish takes one look, cracks up and says "Gawsh Lieutenant, you look so silly! Har! Har! Har!). The commotion attracts the attention of a young Brave and in the next scene they are both in the same predicament hogtied and gagged side by side.

If anyone wants to try and find it I believe this was around the Summer of '76. BTW the Lieutenant bore a resemblance to the cartoons of our very own Jason Toddman.

Play safe, T.T.

I'd recommend a Google or DuckDuckGo search.
