Alas I think it maybe a little late to revive the game as it stands right now having read the statement at the top of the main menu. But that’s a shame as I did enjoy it myself and some of the pictures share were great.

You guys (and girls) can always just start a new "Bondage Picture Game".
With attachements now disabled, new picture games aren't going to be problematic, since they're only going to be populated with externally hosted photos.

Just a thought.
