That is shown at the beginning and end of the episode. The show is a Judge Judy rip-off and is fully scripted, though I'm sure the presenter is an actual lawyer.

This was very interesting and the captions were very helpful as I only speak a little Spanish and would not have known what they were saying otherwise.
