The ALS ice bucket challenge was popular a few years ago. Many people, including some well-known entertainers and politicians, would pour cold water over their heads and make a donation to research. A few adventurous donors used a more secure method for doing it, or forcing their friends to.

Found that absolutly hot one, MM on M. TUG fun starts after 11 minutes and last until the end. Messy TUG and no gag, but nice shirtless latino guy - again, they seem to do the best of that - with a little short and red sneaks...

Looks like I have found the source.
Its from a Belarus quest company Quests Empire
The quest name is "Игра началась" (The game is just begun), and its based on the Saw movies.
The video itself must be from Unicon & GameExp conference, with this people having a stand there.
Could not find the initial video, it must be a cut from one of the conference streams (like this)
There is more content, like pics from this quest (with this and other players), you can find it in group albums. (this and others dedicated to this exact quest.)
Might do a pack-selection with people getting tied, when I got more time, if anyone is intrested.. (Or somebody could do it, having the sources)
PS: do we need a thread in pic section for pics from escape-room- style quests with people getting tied? There is a plenty out there, with zipties, handcuffs and straightjackets(!).
PS2: all pics/vids are in public domain, so its probably okay to post them here
