Rainy Day

Not sure where else to post this. If there is a more suitable location, do let me know...

Anyways, I'm looking to write a new story. I'd like the theme to be 'rainy day' with characters dressed in rain gear, involving a tie-up game or bondage of some kind. Preferably F/f or f/f. However, I'm having a hard time coming up with a scenario that leads to said bondage.

I'm looking for suggestions and inspiration for a scenario for this story.
