I'm into stories involving an older, dapper, rich gentleman inviting a young ward to his mansion, under the impression he wants to be his mentor. The young man is dressed in nice clothes by the mentor, nice tweed suits and an ascot, only for the mentor to turn the tables and tie up and gag the ward with scarves and ties, with plans on playing with his young captive for a while....
