Get passed the security officer (M)

I, (35, bald, athletic build, 5'6", 150 lbs) am the night gaurd for the new art exhibit worth millions of dollars. You are a burglar looking to steal it and make a fortune. You have study my patterns and the security system. You know you'll have to subdue me and get the security code to de arm the system.

How would you tie me up and succeed in your mission. For the detail oriented my uniform consists of a white button up shirt with a white undershirt, black pants, black barefoot style boots, thin black knee high compression socks, and a black ball cap. I'd only be carrying a flashlight, handcuffs, tazer, and a portable alarm to alert the police.
