The Loan Shark (MM/M)

[Terry]

Daniel Ferguson was a young businessman who was struggling with money after recently buying a home and needed more money to survive. Through desperation, he ended up burrowing money from a local loan shark he found out about.

This was three weeks ago and now he was finding it difficult to pay back the money. The loan shark, known only as Mr Brown was angry and called round his two enforcers to his office.

Eric and Vince stood in front of Mr Brown in their suits and were both quite well built like big bouncers.

“Daniel Ferguson has still not paid up. I want that money as quickly as possible. Go to his address right now. You know what to do,” Mr Brown ordered.

“It will be done,” Eric replied as the two enforcers both left the office. Mr Brown gave a smile as they left. He smiled at the thought of another victim about to be dealt the same kind of punishment all his victims suffered.

Daniel was at home and was not prepared for what was about to happen when he then heard the doorbell. He answered to see Eric and Vince at the door.

“Are you Daniel Ferguson?” Vince asked.

“Yes, who are you?” Daniel replied.

“You haven’t been paying Mr Brown’s debts. We’re here to collect,” Eric replied.

“Oh that, I’ll pay Mr Brown back, honest. But I’m really struggling right now,” Daniel replied nervously.

“It’s too late for that Daniel. May we come in?” Eric asked in a forceful tone.

“Sorry, please leave me alone,” Daniel said about to close the door but the two enforcers then forced their way in.

“Hey, you can’t just walk in here,” Daniel said.

“Actually we just did,” Vince replied.

“We’re going to escort you into the lounge and you will co-operate,” Eric said as he took hold of Daniel’s arm and pulled him into the lounge.

“Look, I told you. I don’t ha..,” Daniel started to speak but was quickly interrupted.

“Yes, you said. We are here to give a little encouragement. Can you please sit down on the floor over in the corner?” Eric said pointing to a corner of the lounge.

“Wha..?” Daniel said puzzled.

“Do as we say or we will make you by force,” Vince replied.

Daniel was confused but did as the two enforcers said.

“Good, now just stay down for a minute while I get some equipment out,” Eric replied as he opened his suitcase and pulled out a giant roll of tape.

“What’s going on?” Daniel said now scared.

“Like we said, we are here to collect payment. Since we are unable to get that right now, we have to rectify that and ensure you will pay up this week,” Eric said.

“How is a roll of tape going to make me pay up any quicker?” Daniel said. The two enforcers just laughed at his cluelessness.

“Like this,” Vince replied as the two quickly dropped down onto Daniel and quickly wrapped coils of tape around his whole body and mouth.

Daniel was surprised and had no time to react as the two worked on him. Within minutes, he lay on the floor all wrapped up like a cocoon helpless.

He stared up at the enforcers with wide eyes who smirked at him. He tried to struggle but couldn’t move an inch.

“This is how we deal with all non-payments. You just lie there and think about how you are going to pay Mr Brown. We will leave you alone for the day. Struggle as much as you like, you will never get out. We’ll be back in 24 hours to untie you and then we can talk about how you are going to pay back Mr Brown,” Eric said as the two enforcers then left the house and left Daniel on the floor of his lounge to struggle all day long.

Really fun story, [mention]Terry[/mention]! Makes me want to take out a dangerous loan. (Sigh. Life consequences on this site are a lot more fun than insufferable reality.) Short and sweet; well done.

I have to agree with my friend [mention]Charmides[/mention] about this being a much better consequence than dealing with real life low credit scores and shit.

Man, it this was a thing I'd quite my job on the stop and sign up to be an enforcer!

Always said it about robbers and stuff also. if guns and violence wasn't so common and most home invasions and shop robberies etc just ended with the victim being bound and gagged in all or most of these, maybe it would be a lot better lol.

Chapter 2

Eric and Vince left the house of Daniel Ferguson and sent Mr Brown a text to say the job was done. Daniel would not be going or moving anywhere for at least 24 hours while the two enforcers then left the area to their next job. They took Daniel's front door key so they could let themselves in the next day.

They only ever accepted loans from single young men and every unpaid repayment resulted in them getting bound and gagged the same way for the day.

Back in the house, Daniel did struggle as much as he could but the tape held him really still. He was almost completely mummified apart from his feet and head. Tape wrapped around his mouth several times ensured he couldn't call for help.

24 hours passed and Eric and Vince returned to the house to find Daniel exactly where they left him. Daniel saw them and just stared at them scared.

He managed to get a few hours sleep in between periodical attempts to get free without avail.

"Now then, time to get you out off all this tape, eh?" Eric said.

They bent down over Daniel and removed all the tape. Daniel stood up after being released and waited for them to speak.

"So about your repayment. You can pay up now, set up a standing order or we can tie you up again for another 24 hours until you decide to pay. Your decision?" Eric said.

"No please, I couldn't stand being tied up for that length of time again and straight after this time. I'll get the money, I swear," Daniel replied.

"We want it all right now. Or you can pay in installments. You still have a lot to pay," Vince said.

"Don't waste our time," Eric warned.

"I have a savings account with some money in. I'll pay up with what I have in that, okay?" Daniel said. He didn't really want to go into the savings account but right now, he felt as if he had no choice.

"That will do nicely. You can pay up all your loan with that then, can't you?" Vince said.

Eric took out a card reader while Daniel took out his savings debit card to pay up his big amount.

After the job was done, the two enforcers smiled at a job well done.

"That's it, thanks for doing business with us. Let's hope you don't have to use us again otherwise you may find us back here again. Now if you excuse us, we have more guys to see and to tie up as well as guys already tied up to get payments from. See ya," Eric said as the two left the house and Daniel alone.
