Prisoner in State Hospital (M/M)

How did I get here tied to a medical bed at the state hospital? Legs and Arms bound by velcro straps. Gagged and then blindfolded. Let me explain, it goes back 2 days ago when I was living in Pittsburgh. My name is Joe. I have no wife or kids. I decided to run in a park and say that aliens has invaded the Earth and I stripped myself naked. That is when the police arrested me and the court put me here, but soon there will more consequences
