(M) Punishment for self bondage early release

Does anyone have any ideas for punishment to do for releasing myself early from my selfbondage session. I can not think of any.

(Note that it can not be something that will cause damage to the carpet.)

[mention]Barefoot99[/mention]. I've never understood adding punishments to getting out of self-bondage early, especially if you need to get out for some sort of emergency. But what if you added more items or more time to your next self-bondage experience. At some point, this way would add something to make you not want to escape early.

You could penalize yourself by not allowing another session for a predetermined number of days. For example, letting yourself loose 30 minutes early could mean no more games for 30 days (or 3 days, or whatever).
