Not really strictly about tying up but some songs have lyrics what could suggest a tie up scenario.

Leonard Cohen - Hallelujah (She tied you to her kitchen chair)

Bohemian Rhapsody with the let me go, we will not let you go portion to me could suggest a tie up or something similar.

Abba - Elaine (A little known album track and the B side to The Winner Takes It All) has this lyric. "They tie your hands and tie your feet"

Under Attack also by Abba - The whole chorus sounds like someone has been kidnapped and possibly tied up even though it's not specifically stated.

Under attack, I'm being taken
About to crack, defenses breaking
Won't somebody see and save a heart?
Come and rescue me now 'cause I'm falling apart

PAIN's "She Whipped".

I just cried as she hung me off the ceiling
I just love the pain
I was ready as she raised her whip
And she whipped me so good
She whipped me so good

Phixx - Hold On Me

They were the runners up to Girls Aloud on Pop Stars - The Rivals. This is probably their most known song, and the video! Oh my! :oops: F/M

I like Cardi B feat Megan thee Stallion - WAP

Tie me up like I'm surprised
Let's role play, I'll wear a disguise

Hot, especially coming from those two :D

"The Highwayman" by Alfred Noyes is technically an old poem, not a song, but it's been set to music often enough to arguably qualify:

They said no word to the landlord. They drank his ale instead.
But they gagged his daughter, and bound her, to the foot of her narrow bed.

Loreena McKennitt's cover

Trigger warning: the bound party in that song ends up deliberately shooting herself.

Just found the TVTropes page called "Obligatory Bondage Song":
https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/ ... ondageSong

Lots of interesting songs to add to my playlist, although most of them are less about bondage than about various other BDSM flavours.

The song itself isn't about bondage, but the Tom Petty song "Refugee" had these lyrics:

"Who knows, maybe you were kidnapped
Tied up, taken away and held for ransom, honey"

Also when Dee Snider from Twisted Sister testified before congress and the PMRC (parent's music resource center), their song "Under the Blade" was accused of having bdsm elements in it. Dee Snider responded that the song was actually about surgery, but those looking for bdsm elements could find them there.

I can think of a few lyrics on the subject from various songs, given below:-

From "Golden Brown" by The Stranglers: "On a ship, tied to a mast";

There is a reference to being "bound and gagged and shackled" in "Have You Ever Had It Blue" by The Style Council;

"Bound, I am bound, like the knots in a string" in Kiki Dee's "Loving And Free", a little-played track from the seventies I believe;

"I'd Like To Tie You To A Spit" In "Give It Some Emotion" by Tracie from early 1980s (girlfriend of The Jam's Paul Weller at the time);

"Your handcuffs are a pain" from another 70s record, "Ball And Chain" by Terry Dactyl And The Dinosaurs.

If I think of any more I'll post them.

Yep, I've thought of another couple of offerings:-

The song "Angel Of The Morning" has the lyric "There'll be no string to bind your hands, not if my love can't bind your heart" - the mind boggles!

And "Majorca" by John Cooper Clarke has the lines
"A friendly mug says 'settle down'
When I came round I was gagged and bound...for Majorca"

Here in the UK, we have the 1970s private eye series, "Hazell". The theme song, sung by Maggie Bell, contains the wonderful line
"You trusted pretty women
A pretty woman had you tied and bound"

I could definitely handle some of that!

It was propably mentioned already but one of the ending for Girls Aloud "I think we are alone now". The whole scenario of ocean eleven gals getting busted and left tied up in the vault was just perfect

How about the unforgettably-entitled Police track, "De do do do, De da da da"?

Has the equally-unforgettable lyric, "Their logic ties you up and rapes you"!!?? (again, mind boggling)

And then there's the Procul Harem track "She wandered through the garden fence", with the lyric "She grasped me firmly by the wrist and threw me down upon my back and strapped me to her torture rack".

Zarah Leander: Gebundene Hände (tied hands)

The lyrics were written by Hans Weigel, and on his Wikipedia page there's a funny anecdote by Friedrich Torberg: The song was very popular back then, and Hans Weigel was kind of fed up with it. Then they came into a night café, and sure enough, the piano player was playing this song. And when he learned that the author was present, he played it again. And a third time.

Then he came to Weigel's table with a guest book and asked for an autograph. Weigel wrote: "Tied hands -- this is what Hans Weigel wishes you."

Shack: Tie me down
Gryffin: Tie me down
We Banjo 3: Tie me down
Taylor Holbrook
New Boyz

Seems like a popular song title! And as a bonus:
Bob Kayli: Tie me tight

(Best of all those is the one by Shack, because there it's obviously meant literally)

Side note, I've already mentioned the very kinky song "Amárrame" by Mon Laferte and Juanes. Seems like she's quite into it: In the video of "Tu falta de querer", she's burnt at the stake, and in the video of "Si tú me quisieras", she's arrested, with her head pressed against the patrol car.

Very nice, thank you! There's another song with the same title by "Die Ärzte" :D

Besides, really cute that song by Shack:

But some things I don't quite get.

"Get your skates on before you change your mind, she said"
Is that ice skates or roller skates, or something else? And why would your wear them to tie someone down?

ETA: Ok, "get your skates on" is a British idiom for "hurry up".

"Dad's in the navy, so use a granny knot"
I never use a granny knot, everybody knows they're no good! And what does the navy have to do with it? Shouldn't they learn sailor knots there?

ETA: Mad Dog Mcrea: Gagged and bound

And some more for foreign language learners!

The "Russian Doctors" from Leipzig, Germany: "Gefesselt"
"Tied up I like her best", about his girlfriend who always visits him and loves to be tied up.

Gisselle: Atada. A fun, nice merengue song, "tied feet and hands", but taking the easy excuse of "just meaning it metaphorically" because well, "chains wrapped around my heart" would rarely be taken literally.
