This movie is kinda special place in my heart because it's the first signs that I know that i into Male Bondage & Gagged and I try to find it all my life.
When I was young, I remember that the movie is about movies about animals (specifically Dog, I think) around 1990 - 2003. In the beginning of the movie, the scene that I try to find is the villains stealing the dog and tied up & tape gagged 2 of the men who I believe are animal rescue or maybe guard. Tied them up near or under the van or white animal rescue truck outside.
