I'd put Aladdin near the top of the list, too. It came out when I was a young kid, just about the time I really was getting interested in tie ups, and it was probably the first time I really thought about being the one overpowered and tied up. That kind of scenario is still a favorite thought of mine.
But while I can't pinpoint a single scene, the Ninja Turtles had numerous scenes which probably had a bigger influence than anything else. Especially with April, though other characters did get tied up on occasion.

The classic catwoman bound and gagged by harley quinn in the amimated series was def imprinted on me. Also another great was black canary in the brave and the bold and in young justice as well.
Nothing like an Alpha Male, handsome prince getting the treatment!
