The Many Stages of Art (F/FF)
So I’ve posted several of my bondage art pieces on here, with the hope of it being to get feed back and improving. Part of that is taking requests from some of you. I love doing this cuz it always me to try new things, inspire new ideas, and it also allows you guess to live out your specific fantasies!
Right now I’m doing just that for AlexUSA_99. Normally I like to show the person I’m doing a request for every step that I take to make sure everything is to their liking. However we’ve been having trouble sending pics through PM, so I can up with this idea: WHY NOT MAKE IT A THREAD?
This will not only allow him to see and adjust my progress but also show you guys my process every step of the way. Had I though of this sooner I would have taken more pics through out the penciling process. I’ll probably use this thread to show the steps of ALL my requests. Allow the person to see the image taking shape as well as getting feed back from them as well as all of you! So please know THIS IS NOT A FINAL IMAGE, but just a stoping point in the first stage and welcome all feed back so please don’t be shy.

You’re very good, I love the detail, especially in the facial expressions.

A couple small tweeks on the pencil work at the request of AlexUSA_99. Sadly I wasn’t able to get the kinda detail he was looking for with the bandannas but imma try again once I get to the digital stage

The only other thing to say is I think the girl in the middle should be more smiling.

So here we come to the hand inking step of illustrating. Now the fallowing step is the digital inking. This is the most time consuming and might be a while. Especially since, I wanna get to a few other drawings first. I how you all enjoy this part of the art.

So quick up date, the digital ink and color work is coming. I’ve been in a fighting match with my Mac for the last few months. However it looks like I’ll be getting updated equipment with new methods of doing the digital work. So there will be a slight pause until that hopefully goes through
Sounds like it'll be worth the wait! I can't wait to see it in color!TheBoundArtist wrote: ↑5 years ago So quick update, the digital ink and color work is coming. Part of what I do when drawing is do some warm up sketches. I used to work at Disney so those characters come easy to me. Here are a few of my warm ups to get ready for larger projects
