That scout would be me, learning the ropes by/on myself
I had to cheat a bit with the handcuffs though. It's tough fiddling with the ropes while trying to keep the uniform neat

Looks like you got your arms cinched up nicely. Self-tying wrists isn't easy. Handcuffs aren't cheating.

Handcuffs didn't fully fit into the scout theme. Tying my hands with rope isn't really an issue. Untying them by myself is

EMT shears can get you out of any rope you can tie. Hint: Put them in a different room to make the challenge more entertaining.
