I wish we could contact the video poster directly to better get their attention. I've searched through google since the time you posted this and have come up with nothing, but I do hope someone out there knows something as I would also be interested to see where this comes from.

I tried to post this before but it got disapproved because I also provided the link to the harmony video and they thought I was shilling for them or something. This was one of the very first bondage videos I ever saw and I didn't know what it was until this year. It's from a Harmony Concept video called "Prisoners in Disguise." If you google that, you should be able to find it.
