There was one that I remember from the late 1990s. I think it aired only once because I didn't see it again. It was more of a Public Service Announcement. It has a woman wearing a red polka dotted dress, standing in the middle of a desert. She talks about legs, then they are cuffed/shackled. Then her hands, which are cuffed behind her back. Then her eyes, which are blindfolded. Finally she talks about her mouth, which is gagged over the mouth with a bandana. You see her standing like that in the distance, then the camera pan to her, holding the materials, then talking about something.


Does anyone remember an ad like that?
