Looking for a mainstream movie (mm/F)

Hi,
I'm looking for an old movie maybe 80's or 90's. I think it's a suspense or action or murder mystery film. In it two brothers early teens or younger I think, and their father's girlfriend are sitting at a table while the father leaves to attend to some sort of drama. It's late at night and the boys want to play some sort of game where they handcuff the woman. It's a simple hands in front handcuff and they sit at the table and ask her questions like truth or dare. She has no problem being handcuffed and plays the game with them.
Any help with the title would be appreciated.

Sounds a bit like "Mother's Boys" from 1994. I haven't watched it in a while to confirm but that's probably what your looking for.

Thanks again. I managed to secure a copy of the film. It is the film I was looking for although I was a little disappointed in the scene as I remembered it to be more dramatic. Again thanks for digging up the title of the film most appreciated.
