Looking for an episode of Super Sentai (M/FM)

Some time ago, I saw a video with Japanese characters that, like the characters dressed in a similar way to the Power Rangers, I think it was Super Sentai.
In that video a villain catches a boy and a girl who are part of the heroes. Already captive, the boy is shirtless and his hands are chained to the ceiling. The villain has fun with him whipping him and torturing him in front of the girl.
Anyway, I wanted to know if anyone here knows in which episode of the thousands of seasons of Super Sentai that exist this happened, and if possible, some video of the kidnapping and torture as such.
