Looking for a movie scene...

Anybody know of this movie? I can describe the scene, just dont know the name of the movie.
A boy gets tied to the bed I believe spread eagle, or at least tied down on his back. He's gagged with a black ballgag. It's a movie, but a indie one, I think. I believe he's tied up by his psychotic brother, and his parents meet a grisly fate at the end. There are loads of really good scenes of his face while gagged and for the love of me I cannot find this scene again!
