Stories of Tie Up Games

I'm curious how the site decides when it's time to add a new page to a topic. Some seem to get a second page at a convenient place. Others (Fun With Danny Saga, I'm looking at you) go on forever on the first page. It becomes tedious scrolling through all that to reach any new additions.

Every page should contain 25 posts, at least the two I looked at have that amount. If a topic has long posts, the page will be longer.
