Anybody have a good story about a teen boy being kidnapped (like from his point of view)? Tied up, gagged in various ways. Like extreme gags with his mouth really being packed?

The word "Good" is of course, highly subjective. Kidnapping stories featuring/centring around a sub-adult protagonist are rather rare here.
My main tale (the one featured in my banner) fits what you're asking for, with the only exception being that the protagonist is 23.
