Best way to ensure I don’t escape your place once you kidnap me

If you had me as your sub slave at your place how would you tie me up to ensure I can’t escape or manage to get help from outside your place, how would you bind and gag me to prevent escape, would prefer a female captor but honestly male or female is fine
