I have another idea for a story, its about a young boy writting a diary where he described the many dreams he had which he always end up bound and gagged in many scenarios,
like one where his own toys jumped him and then they left the boy bound and gagged on his own closet.
One where he was at the store with his dad but then he was grabbed,tied up and gagged by him then placed above the counter as like he was using him as payment.
other he was on his school after he got a A+ on a text then a jealous boy grabs him,steals text and clothes and stuff the boy inside of a closet to replace him at home.
and another where he was kidnapped and stuffed inside of a car trunk and then taken to a hideout,he couldn't escape his bindings but he could hop around which he did and manage to escape the hideout. But as he hops back no one cared that he was bound and gagged not even his parents when he returned home.

Context:the girl can be his friend who he annoyed for a long time,his ex or his girlfriend who he disrespected way too much,either way the girl is trained and he can’t resist getting tied
My dream story idea would be a girl and a boy are alone at a house or a dojo and are competing in a martial art
Striking:the girl floors him with one kick and manages to tie him up while he’s dazed
Grappling,she wraps her legs around his neck before he can react and starts trying him him,if he moves she will tighten her legs
She then hogties him using her rope skills and asks him personal question,if he doesn’t answer then he’s tickled until he answers the questions and she does this for her own amusement
She takes off her martial arts belt and gags him with it,it’s massive and full of sweat meaning if he moves his mouth sweat will keep dripping down his tongue.
She then feminizes him in every way such as writing “girl power” all over his body or writing her signature.
She puts full makeup along with a bright red lipstick on his face.She cuffs his fingers and toes together so he can’t struggle while she paints them.
She unties the ropes but before he can even react she kicks/chokes him out and quickly puts handcuffs on his hands and feet.
She then forces a pair of ballet socks,ballet shoes and a skirt before hogtying him again.She then pretends to take pictures of him just to see his pathetic reaction.She unties him after he is bored and he is too tired to fight back and she leaves
Alternate:She doesn’t untie him and uses him as a footstool,she doesn’t mock him or pay any attention which only humiliates him more as she sees him as her property
Alternative 2:she can untie the ropes but put for cuffs and finger cuffs on him,along with a panel/ball gag licked by a padlock.She forcefully plays fetch with him by throwing the keys and watching him try to move forward only to pull the key away.Keep in mind his feet are completely immobilized and his thumbs are cuffed behind his back so he’s just squirming like a worm to get the key only to watch his only hope of freedom pulled away
