sister teaches brother a lesson(f/M)

Can someone write a story about a younger sister(13) who loves tickling his older brother (14)she trains wrestlings and krav maga,so she knows a thing or two about how to make him submit but either chokehold or kicks.One day she is going to class but is attacked by his brother who had enough,
With barely any effort and a move of your choice(has to be a kick or chokehold)takes him down.
She decides to really teach him who the boss and and while he is down she grabs some rope and quickly hogties him,she is also a nature lover and knows a thing or two about ropes
She takes off her socks and stuffs one into his mouth before tying another one under his nose
She says the socks will be a smell to remember her by and puts on her sandals and leaves

Her punishments for him are your choice but
1.she can’t bring anyone over but she can take pictures and save them for herself
2.she has to tickle him
