Story Request: Company Rules (M/FFFF)

Post by JennyTied »

A female employee has to undergo bondage after submiiting a late assignment. She disagrees but learns it is a company policy.
I help write DiD stories on https://croonforddetectives.wordpress.com/ .

Does the bondage have to be inflicted as a punishment or chastisement?
Can the bondage be partial, e.g. shackled to the desk or ankle-hobbled while preforming secretarial tasks?

I've started a story where four female employees undergo bondage at the office after work, as part of a relatively new (started less than six months ago) policy. But it lacks the she-disagrees/"I don't wanna" element you've requested. Will this totally spoil it for you?

What I have to do now is write four scenes, each from the point of view of the four women in turn, as they spend time in bondage.

I'll also note that it's set in my Demancipation alternate-history, in this case in an alternate-timeline 1960.

Although you have only been working for the company for a few weeks, you have already earned respect through the quality of your work and your friendly demeanor. You enjoy your work and your boss is also very happy with you, as he has already told you several times.

That's why you suspect nothing bad when the boss calls you and your roommate, Ms. Spring, into his office. You are more worried that Ms. Spring has made a mistake and think about how you can defend her - after all, you get along very well.

But Ms. Spring is also not aware of any wrongdoing. Confused, you knock on your boss's office. He invites you in and looks at you with sad eyes. You're already worried that someone in his family is seriously ill - or worse - and you're looking for words of comfort, when he starts with a halting voice:

"Ms. @JennyTied, as you know, I really appreciate your friendly nature, your soft skills and your quality of work. But unfortunately you didn't deliver the draft contract that you were supposed to have on my desk by this morning. I should have faxed it to Tokyo 15 minutes ago!"

You feel dizzy: your forgetfulness has caused your company to lose several hundred thousand, maybe even millions of dollars! Because your Japanese business partners only sign contracts that they receive on time.

Everything is still spinning in your head as you answer with a halting voice: "Boss, I understand that you have to fire me without notice after this momentous forgetfulness on my part! And I promise you that I will immediately look for temporary jobs in order to pay off the financial damage I have caused as quickly as possible! I just want to ask you for a favorable reference so that I can apply for a job elsewhere! And... maybe you could forego criminal charges, sir?"

Your boss looks at you with wide eyes: "Firing my best employee? What are you thinking? We have other means - Mrs. Spring, you know what to do!"

Mrs. Spring nods sadly and asks you to follow her into the entrance hall! There she asks you to lean your back against a support pillar and ties your wrists together crosswise behind the pillar with a rope. Then she wraps a rope around you and the post, from your shoulders to your ankles. When you can no longer move, she stuffs a cloth in your mouth and shows you a sign. "Name: @JennyTied, Offense: Late submission of important contract documents, End of punishment: Tomorrow morning, 8:00 a.m.!"

Ms. Spring explains: "We have all had to endure this kind of "pillory" for minor or major offenses. Since your offense is serious, you must remain tied up overnight. But believe me - the laughter of your colleagues is a thousand times better than being fired or reported. And tomorrow morning at 8 a.m. the matter will be settled without further consequences." She looks at the clock. "My shift is over. But the afternoon shift is coming soon. So, I'm leaving now and will be back tomorrow morning at 8 a.m. sharp to untie you. See you then!" She leaves you tied up, gagged and with a mixture of relief and bewilderment.

Feedback requested, @JennyTied. I hope it's OK for you that I included you in the story...
