Stories of Tie Up Games

I was wondering if anyone had a babysitter tie up story from the previous site. Unfortunately, I don't remember the title. I do remember that the story is split into two versions. I remember the first part is the husband of the babysitter describing how his wife took a job babysitting a friend's kids and finding her tied up. The other part is the wife describing how it happened. I know it is a long shot, but if anyone has it, please post or PM me. If it helps, it might have been a DreamBook story.

I remember this one too! The father of the boys found her bound and tickled her! Then her husband got mad and the two made a deal- he’d get to tie his wife up and tickle her! Would love to have seen that continuation!
