Straitjacket + bare feet + iPhone = hilarity (M/f)

Post by TheOldPirate »

"Zigzag Fun!" was the way Dana and her boyfriend Travis referred to their Saturday night game. The premise was simple; they'd indulge in a little role-playing, and this time, it revolved around a straitjacket. It was an antique Dana had discovered at an offbeat thrift store. Travis secured Dana snugly within the straitjacket, her arms crossed over her chest, firmly constrained. Her ankles, and even her big toes, were bound together with silk scarves. Dana, barefoot and entirely bound, gave a spirited wriggle as she accepted her predicament with a grin. The challenge had been set.

On the coffee table in front of her was her shiny iPhone 13. The device, with its state-of-the-art iOS 17, was notoriously feature-packed but unfortunately, didn't have a setting for "dial using toes." Dana squirmed and flexed her toes, attempting to operate the smartphone's glassy, unyielding surface. The Face ID, designed to recognize the distinct facial features of its user, proved stubborn against recognizing a pair of size seven toes.

She prodded at the screen, striving to enter her passcode with the precision only a pair of fingers could ordinarily manage. The new iOS 17 had an increased security feature – a complex six-digit passcode instead of the previous four-digit one. How Dana wished she had disabled the auto-lock feature, or at least set a time delay. It was an uphill battle against a sensitive touch screen that was designed with fingers in mind, not the pads of a person's toes.

She maneuvered her foot, attempting to swipe and unlock the phone, but the sleek design of the iPhone was built for the convenience of hands, not for a bound girl's foot. All attempts were met with the same dismissive flicker of the screen. Her toes, despite their flexibility and strength from years of barefoot beach volleyball, were no match for the advanced technology.

Dana attempted to activate Siri by invoking the familiar "Hey Siri," command, but the intelligent personal assistant responded poorly to her somewhat muffled, strained voice. "I'm sorry, I didn't get that," Siri's neutral, robotic voice echoed in the room. Dana groaned in frustration. The large, fully immersive Super Retina XDR display and the advanced A16 Bionic chip seemed more of a foe than a friend tonight.

Hours passed, Dana's frustration grew, and so did the tension in the room. Travis watched in bemused silence, a smirk tugging at the corners of his mouth. The image of his girlfriend, fiercely determined and incredibly animated in her predicament, was amusing to behold. She was one to relish challenges, but this one was pushing her to her limits.

After what seemed like an eternity, Travis decided to intervene. He approached Dana and gently untied her, first releasing her toes, then her ankles, and finally the straitjacket. As the constraints fell away, Dana sighed in relief, her body sagging into the comfort of the couch.

"Think I need to complain to Apple about their lack of toe-friendly interface," she muttered, flexing her fingers and toes to regain full feeling.

Travis chuckled, "I think the feature might be pretty low on their list, love."

Both of them erupted into laughter, the tension from before dissolving. They agreed the challenge had been a little too ambitious, even for someone as determined as Dana. It had been an evening of frustration, yes, but also one of discovery, learning that sometimes technology, advanced as it might be, just wasn't equipped to handle every human scenario.

As they continued laughing, Travis picked up Dana's abandoned iPhone, turning it over in his hands. "Next time,"
