I read a dialogue-only story years ago, somewhere. Always wanted to try it myself. No idea if it worked out, just consider it an experiment.
„Sorry, can't do. Every new player has to be initiated.“

„Come on, cover his mouth! Can't have him scream around here.“
„Who brought the duct tape? Come on, he is strong!“

„Damn, what are you guys doing? Get the tape!“

„Let's gag him first. Get his socks too, while you're at it.“
„Can't we tie his hands, at least? He is struggling really hard!“
„Just put him on the floor, and hold him there. Wait, let me help you.“
„Aahh, damn, that hurt! He bit me!“
„Help! Coach, help me! Plemmph!“
„More socks! We need to stuff his mouth, so that he can't even bite anymore!“
„Mmmph! Grrmmmph!“
„That's you own fault. Should have just accepted your fate.“
„Mmm! MMMMMM!!!“
„Where is the tape?!“
„Fuck, I lost him. Get him!“
„Nmm! Mmm! Mmph!“
„Don't worry, I got him! But help me, he is hard to keep down!“

“He's pushing the socks out again! Keep wrapping!”
“There, that should shut him up.”
“Do a few rounds from the chin to the top of his head too.”
“Great idea. Than he can't even try to open his mouth.”

“Not much fight left in him, is there? Less struggling in general.”
“Great, than let's finish him up. Tape his arms to the body.”
“He is starting to struggle again!”
“Doesn't matter, he is done.”

“I think he is whimpering now.”
“Not getting out of this one, bro. Just take it like a man.”
“Are you done with the legs, already?”
“We have two rolls, let's use them up. Tape up his whole body!”
