At the bondage gym we use techniques from bondage to maximize your fitness. For all of the exercises here we gag you with a sponge and some tape to ensure proper breathing. Some of our most popular exercises include the weighted straightjacket squats where you wear a straightjacket with weights attached to it while doing squats, there's the duct tape enforced weights where your hands are taped to weights and to stop you from stopping before completion one of our trainers will whip you if you stop for too long, and one of our most popular classes is the 'Duct tape escape cardio workout' where you're duct taped and tickled till you escape.
